How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through the contact form on this page, call us at +44 20 7946 0958, or message us on WhatsApp. We typically confirm within 2 hours and you'll receive a reminder the day before your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking ahead especially for colour services.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. For Full Day Package bookings, 48 hours' notice is preferred. We understand that life happens — if something comes up, just call or message us as early as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule at a time that works for you. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a booking deposit.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

We are located at 142 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW3 4UT — easily accessible from Sloane Square Station and with parking nearby. We're open Tuesday through Sunday. For the most current timing, please call us at +44 20 7946 0958 or check our Google listing. We're closed on Mondays for staff training and maintenance.

How long does a Balayage or colour service take?

A full Balayage service typically takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on hair length, density, and the degree of lift required. We never rush colour work — processing time is non-negotiable for the health of your hair. We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair and no product. If you're unsure how long to block out, call us and we'll give you an honest estimate based on your hair type.
