Our story

Where craft meets conscience

Fern & Thread was founded in 2016 by Sophie Reeves — a colourist who spent a decade in London before returning to Vancouver with a belief that great hair and clean beauty aren't a compromise.

Every product on our shelves is plant-based, cruelty-free and free from ammonia and parabens. Every stylist is trained in the slow, considered approach our clients keep coming back for.
