Controller & processor
For data about your own account, Blazers.io acts as a data controller. For data you process about your customers using the Services, you are the controller and Blazers.io acts as a processor on your instructions, under a data processing agreement.

Data processing & sub-processors
We use vetted sub-processors (for hosting, analytics, email and payments) that provide appropriate safeguards. A current list is available on request, and we require each to protect personal data to GDPR standards.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK (for example, to our operations in India), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, then delete or anonymise it.
Breach notification
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals without undue delay.
